Chicken and Mushroom Tetrazzini
Ingredients:
• 1 8-ounce package angel hair pasta
• 2 tablespoons butter
• 4 ounces chopped prosciutto
• 1 8-ounce package white mushrooms, sliced
• 1 10-ounce jar Alfredo sauce
• 1 can cream of mushroom soup
• 1 cup frozen peas, thawed
• 1/2 cup chicken broth
• 3 cups chopped cooked chicken
• 1 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
Instructions:
Prepare pasta according to package directions. In a large skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add prosciutto and mushrooms. Sauté for about five minutes.
